- Possibly by Dr. John Nobles (1769-1819) who graduated from the College of New Jersey in 1791, practiced medicine at Charleston, S.C. from circa 1799 to 1819, and whose death was reported in the March 10, 1819, issue of the Columbian centinel (Boston).
