The ten pound act: that is to say, An act for the more speedy recovery of debts to the value of ten pounds. : Enacted into a law, by the people of the state of New-York, represented in Senate and Assembly, the seventeenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven, and of American independency the eleventh. : To which is added, an appendix: containing the XVth section of the act for the relief of debtors. An act repealing two sections of said act. And, an act to amend the ten pound act. Also, correct and authentic copies of a justice's summons, warrant, subpoena, venire, peace-warrant, execution against goods, and goods and body.
