- Attributed to Anthony Haswell in an account of the anniversary celebration, which includes texts of songs, published in the August 18, 1788, supplement to the Vermont gazette, printed at Bennington by Haswell and Russell.
- Ornaments separating songs match those used by Haswell and Russell on other imprints at this time; compare Evans 21062 and 21712.
