Summary:
Sewn paper gathering containing financial records for individuals in Avignon, such as Batista and Baltesar Bus (f. 1r), and also for the Jewish community of Avignon (f. 4r). The first records to appear are from 1537, although chronologically earlier records are copied later. On the back of the document is written the note, "Memoires escriptes par feu mon grandpere Mr. Francois de Merles."
