Signed on pages 30: A citizen. Erroneously attributed to John Henry Livingston by Shipton and Mooney, who confuse this title with a 1798 reply to it ("The marriage of a deceased wife's sister incestuous. In answer to 'A letter from a citizen to his friend.'"). The reply is attributed to Livingston by Evans, but not by Sprague or Dexter.
