A second revival of Anderson improved, the last issue of which was that for 1775. Previously revived for one year, 1780, by Wheeler. Cf. Alden.

As a comparison of the prefaces would suggest, this is presumably by a calculator other than the original "John Anderson," whose last known almanac (for 1776) was issued at Newport by Solomon Southwick.
