- Ascribed to the press of John Holt by Evans.
- The New York Public Library has two settings of the text printed on a single sheet, intended to be separated after printing. The two editions may be distinguished by the spelling of the word "Friday" in the seventh line of text, and by the last word of the ninth line.
- In the present edition, Friday is misspelled "Fridry" and the last word of the ninth line is "this."
