- There exist at least two issues of this edition, and several reworked impressions. The issue at hand (the earlier?) has 16 leaves (the other has 22 leaves); here the tune "Anthem to 100" begins leaf 2.
- Generally found bound with one of the several Boston editions of Brady and Tate's version of the Psalms.
