- The only known copy, held by the Connecticut Historical Society, is mutilated, lacking the upper left quarter of the sheet, including portions of the title and first lines of text. Title supplied from another edition (Ford 3111).
- Dated [1774?] by Hazel Johnson. Timothy Green was the only printer active in New London in 1774.
