Probably engraved by Paul Revere. Cf. Brigham, C.S. Paul Revere's engravings, pages 29-30. Brigham suggests 1766 as date of publication.
Apparently in two states, of which the earlier lacks the ten unnumbered leaves of plates at the end. The index, pages [4], lists anthems through leaf 60 only.
