Followed on pages [2-4] by "Anmerkungen über eine neuliche Protestation gegen die Bestellung Herrn Benjamin Franklins zu einem Agenten für diese Provinz," a translation of Franklin's "Remarks on a late protest against the appointment of Mr. Franklin an agent for this province" (Evans 9669).
