- Advertised in the Pennsylvania gazette, June 7, 1750, as "just published." Evans (entry 6521) and Hildeburn (entry 1181) record a 1750 edition on the strength of this advertisement; according to Miller "there is no evidence for believing that the pamphlet went through a second edition." Miller speculates that Hall was tardy in advertising the publication, or in completing the printing.
