- "The first book printed at the Brotherhood press."--Evans. Seidensticker disputes this claim, suggesting that the press was in operation before 1745.
- There were two issues of this collection, with varied title pages. One was intended for use at Ephrata; the other (described here) for the Mennonites.
- Commas substituted for virgules after "Haupt-Theilen" and "Vorreden" in title transcription.
- Errors in paging: pages 331, 436 misnumbered 333, 634; page numbers 330-344 repeated. Cf. the erratum note on verso of last leaf.
