Attributed to Jean-Philippe Goujon de Grondel in Eames, W. Americana collection of Herschel V. Jones, 1983.
Bristol suggests Denis Braud of New Orleans as printer. D.C. McMurtrie, in his New Orleans bibliography, suggests Paris as place of publication. Eames, however, asserts that the work was printed in Holland.
