- Two inserted leaves, not present in all copies, are dated 1741. See "Notes on Robert Elliston (1680-1756)" by Albert Mathews, in Publications of the Colonial Society of Massachusetts, volume 24 (1923): pages 71-80.
- Ascribed to the press of James Parker and dated 1742 by Evans, who followed C.R. Hildeburn's Sketches of printers and printing in colonial New York, 1895, pages 37-38. Mathews questions Hildeburn's conclusions and determines that this was printed in England.
