The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, is torn, lacking upper portion of sheet. Title through the word "viz." is supplied conjecturally from another resolve issued by the convention on the same day; cf. Bristol B4174. The manuscipt original, also held by the American Antiquarian Society, begins with the word "Resolved" and varies somewhat in wording.
