Imperfect: prelims. pages misbound.
Leaves C5 (p. 25-26) and H8 (p. 111-112) have been cut to indicate that they should be cancelled. A replacement for H8 with substantially altered text modifying a derogatory remark about Salinas appears in place of E6 which is missing; there is no replacement leaf present for the cancelled C5. Photocopy of leaves C5 and H8 laid in.
