Summary:
The story of a married man who escaped the Nazi holocaust in Poland and married the girl who hid him in a loft for two years. He discovers the love of another woman in America, marrying her as well when she becomes pregnant. He then learns that his first wife is also still alive. A poignant post-war portrait of life, love and loss among a man and the three women in his life.
