Focuses on Steve Cozza, boy scout and activist against the policy, and relates the stories of others removed from the Boy Scout organization for being gay or for working to have the policy eliminated. "Moving from Petaluma, Calif. to the Supreme Court, the film chronicles a modern interpretation of the Scouting ideals of courage, citizenship, and honor."
