- ff. 2r-14r: "[rubr.] Lemoulument cler et vray concernant lauctorite du Roy, le prouffit de ses affaires et subiectz en lobservation de ceste figure selon les articles y apposez. [text] Les affaires du Roy ne seront plus subiectz a ses finances ... Et dudit argent quil aura faict lever en advertira lesditz trois personnaiges qui en feront registre a part a ce quilz ne assignent aulcun a faulte. [rubr.] Lan mil cincqcensquinze, 516, 517, 518, 519, 520, 521, et iusques a lan mil cinq cens vingt et deux. Sans y povoir donner provision mon filz et moy feusmes continuellement desrobez par les gens de finances."
- Collation: Parchment; 16; this manuscript has a complex structure, with two subquires of 10 and 4 leaves enclosed within 3 bifolia, with the first leaf used as a pastedown and three leaves cut out (the front half of the third outer bifolium and the first leaf of the first subquire after f.1, and the last leaf of the first subquire after f. 9); [1-16]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
- Layout: Written in a single column of 26 lines; frame-ruled in lead.
- Script: Written in a round humanistic script.
- Decoration: Paragraph signs and initial letters are gold on alternate red and blue backgrounds and the spaces at paragraph ends are filled with decorations of the same colors. Rubrics in red (ff. 2r, 3r, 10r, 14r).
- Binding: Contemporary sheepskin (Zacour-Hirsch).
- Origin: Written in France at the end of 1522 or before March 1523 (Wolfe-Zacour).
