Summary:
In this Jacobean parody of Shakespeare, written in the 17th century by Elizabethan playwrights, Beatrice is contracted to marry Alonzo, but is in love with Alsemero. She hires the deviant DeFlores to kill Alonzo. DeFlores, enamored of Beatrice, is blind to the terrible price he will pay.
