- Kislak Center copy has laid in "an additional 11 proof plates" from Pygmalion "including proofs and different states: 3 of the first vignette (p. 1), one on thick wove paper, much thicker than the book but the same size, and two printed before letters, one trimmed and one untrimmed; single examples of the second and third vignettes (p. 3; p. 6), both trimmed; three examples of the fourth vignette (p. 7), one on thick wove paper, one lighter impression before letters, and an inverted plate with a light impression, signed 'C F Maillet f.'; a single extra plate of the fifth vignette (p. 9) and two extra engravings of the final vignette on p. 18."--Bookseller's description.
