Facsimile reprint. The original (held by the Civico museo bibliografico musicale in Bologna) was compiled and published at Venice : O. Petrucci, 1501.
An appendix contains reproductions from a copy at the Biblioteca Colombina in Seville for all folios missing from the Bologna museum's copy.
