Summary:
Action drama about Mexico's famed rebel who rallied an army of peasants to overthrow a cruel dictator, Diaz. His revolt triumphs, but each successive leader is no better than Diaz. Even Zapata himself ultimately fails as he tragically experiences the corruption of power, the deceit of politicians, and the consuming greed that can bring down the best of men.
