- "Five hundred copies of this book were printed at the Bird & Bull Press on a variety of handmade papers. The text is printed on Green's hand made 'Bird & Bull' paper; papers made at the Press and at other places are so identified. The text is set in Emerson types and the book was bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe. The printing was finished in August, 1967. This is copy number [blank]"--Colophon.

- With a sample of paper made at De Schoolmeester mill laid in.
- "Binding: Quarter brown morocco, cloth sides with printed representation of a laid paper mould with Bird & Bull watermark in lower right corner. Lettered 'OMNIBUS' vertically on spine. There are four copies in a trial binding of full tan calf by Jean Milloud of Mexico City."--Taylor.
