Summary:
Miss Froy, an elderly lady traveling on a trans-continental train, suddenly disappears. An acquaintance, Iris, tries to investigate, but nobody seems aware Miss Froy was ever on board. Helped by Gilbert, she uncovers a nest of foreign spies who finally lay siege to the coach containing Iris and other Britons after it has been detached from the train.
