The paper is Basingwerk Parchment, the type Linotype Typography Caledonia designed by William Addison Dwiggins, and the format by Samuel Aiwaz Jacobs, printed by him at Christmas time at his Golden Eagle Press, Mount Vernon, a suburb of New York."
