Royal octavo. Leaf c10r: 33 lines; area of text: 132 x 71 mm. Initial spaces. Without signatures, foliation or catchwords.
Signatures: [a]¹² [b]-[d]¹⁰.
Leaves [a]1, [c]6, [d]9 and [d]10 are blanks.

Leaf size: 195 x 135 mm.
Rubrication: floriate initial B with marginal extensions illuminated in gold and colors (red, blue and green) on leaf [c]7r; other initials supplied in red or blue ink over ms. guide letters in brown ink.
Penn Libraries copy has a few ms. underlines and marginal marks in brown ink; ms. marginal note in brown ink on leaf [c]10r; a few modern ms. bibliographical notes in pencil on front pastedown.
