Chancery quarto. Leaf a2v: 40 lines; area of text: 134 x 86 mm. Initial spaces, a few with guide letters; spaces for paragraph marks. With signatures; without foliation or catchwords. Two lines of uninked bearer impressions at head and three at foot of title leaf.
Signatures: a-i⁸ (leaf i8 blank).
Leaf i1 signed "f".

Penn Libraries copy bound in contemporary full blind-tooled calf(?) over beveled-edge wooden boards; pastedowns wanting (evidence of early printed leaf used as binder's waste on inside right board); 3 raised bands on spine; paper label with printed shelf-mark ("179") on spine; evidence of 2 leather and metal clasps; 2 metal catchplates affixed to fore-edge of left board; evidence of chain hasp at head of right board.
