Each volume of the Storisende Edition "was designed by William Dana Orcutt and printed and bound at the Plimpton Press, Norwood, Massachusetts".
Bound in green cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Front cover has Kalki device stamped in blind in center with a single-ruled border. Top edge gilt; other edges untrimmed.
