- "This book was designed by Helene Geauque. It was brought out in two editions. The limited, numbered Collector's Edition was hand-bound in boards covered with distinguished contemporary textiles. The Red Cockerel Edition, identical in paper and format, was bound in soft covers. The typography is a subtle blending of unusual hand-set faces and linotype. Borders and decorations were especially imported from Stephenson, Blake, an English type foundry deriving from the XVth century. The text was printed by letterpress in Wake-Brook House, 1772, in the foothills of the White Mountains."--Colophon.
