Notes:
The Nonesuch Dickens, designed by Francis Meynell, is limited to 877 sets and printed in Scotland by R. & R. Clark, ltd., in a version of Martin's type specially cut for the edition. Each set is accompanied by one of the original steel plates or woodblocks made for Chapman & Hall's original editions of Dickens.
Published under the editorial direction of Arthur Waugh, Hugh Walpole, Walter Dexter and Thomas Hatton.
The text is taken chiefly from the "Charles Dickens" edition of Dickens' works published 1868-1870, and the illustrations are printed from the original plates and blocks.
