- Title from colophon. Probably an alternate title for the Caṇḍograśūlapāṇitantra (see New Cat. Cat.).
- Written 13-15 lines per leaf.
- Good condition. Orange powder rubbed in over invocation, colophon, some words, and all numbers. Mistakes indicated with two short strokes, covered over with yellow, or blocked out or blotched out with black. Marginal and interlinear corrections in black and blue.
