Good condition. Orange powder rubbed in over invocation, colophon, some words, and all numbers. Mistakes indicated with two short strokes, covered over with yellow, or blocked out or blotched out with black. Marginal and interlinear corrections in black and blue.

Begins: śrīḥ om̐ asya śrīpratyaṁgirāstotramaṁtrasya mahādeva ṛṣiḥ anuṣṭup chaṁdaḥ pratyaṁgirā devatā huṁ bījaṁ svāhā śaktiḥ mama sarvābhīṣṭasidhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ śrīkubjovāca maṁdarasthaṁ sukhāsīnaṁ bhagavataṁ maheśvaraṁ samupāgamya caraṇau pārvatī paripṛchati 1
