Good condition. Text continues into margin on f. 1v. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black. Marginal corrections.
Begins (f. 1r): śrṇva[n?]janārdanakathāguṇakīrttanāni dehena yasya pulakohama[?]romarājiḥ notpadyate nayanayor vimalāṁbumālā[dhig-sya?] jīvitamahopuruṣātham[?] asya (verse 1).
Colophon (f. 2r): ityatharvaṇarahasye śrīmahālakṣmīhṛdayastotraṁ samāptam. śrīmahālakṣmyairpaṇam astu.
Ms. ends (f. 2v): raghunāthakarāmarameśa vibho varadāyaka deva dayājaladhe (1).
