- Written 7 lines per leaf by an unnamed Brāhmaṇa (Vipra) in Kāśī.
- Good condition. Top edge of ms. torn, destroying a line of text added in the margin of f. 1r in another hand. Mistakes covered over with yellow. Marginal additions and corrections. No dandas in text.
- Begins (f. 1r): śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ. śrīsarasvatyai namaḥ. om̐ asya śrīnārāyaṇastotrasya bhārgava ṛṣiḥ śrīnārāyaṇo devatā anuṣṭup chandaḥ śrīnārāyaṇaprasādasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ [marginal insertion indicated] nārāyaṇa paraṁbrahmeti tarjanībhyāṁ namaḥ.
- Ends (f. 3v): goyanātsādhanaṁ loke dhanyo bhavati tatvataḥ.
