- Title from colophon. The manuscript's original acquisition label renders the title in Sanskrit as Vāmanākṣarī, under which title Poleman catalogs the ms.
- Written 9-11 lines per leaf.
- Good condition. Mistakes covered over with yellow or written over.
- Begins (f. 1r): śrīkāre jaya kāryāṇīvidyām aiśvaryaṁ eva ca ārogyaṁ kṣemamāmotī labhate nātra saṁśaya (verse 1). akāre śokasaṁtāpaṁ vyavādaṁ saṁgam eva ca avyāhasakalāścaiva arkalābhaśca eva ca (verse 2).
