Purports to be the twenty-fifth chapter (adhyāya) of a part (khaṇḍa), perhaps the fifth, of the Sāmbasadāśivapurāṇa, which the ms. claims is the same as Bhaviṣyottarapurāṇa. Title from colophon.
Written 6-7 lines per leaf.
Good condition. Fourth leaf colored yellow. Mistakes covered over with yellow. A few marginal corrections.
Begins (f. 1r): śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ. ravir uvāca. devadevajagatāṁ pate vibho bhargābhīma bhava candrabhūṣaṇa bhūtanātha bhavabhītihāraka tvānnato smi natavāṁchitaprada (verse 1).
Colophon (f. 4r): iti śrīsāmbasadāśivapurāṇe bhaviṣyottara* p* khaṇḍe pañcaviṁśatimodhyāyaḥ. śrīsāvārapaṇam astu. śubhaṁ bhavatu. sābhāraṁpaṇam astu.
