- The West Philadelphia Junior Shakespeare Club was organized November 21, 1893.
- Summary:
- Contains charter and by-laws from 1894 and 1904, a log book describing annual events from 1893 to 1926, and a letter outlining the organizational history. Includes numerous notes written by and referring to founder Hattie McIlvain and past presidents and members: M. Bertha Lyster, Margaret W. Hess, and Alice B. Barr. Also includes the book T Square and Other Poems by Reba Ray with typed and manuscript notes interleaved from 1946 to 1974.
