- Written 12-14 lines per leaf.
- Fair condition. Very brown and brittle on right edge. Several ink smudges. Mistakes blotched out or crossed through with black.
- Text begins (f. 1r): śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ. atha gaṇapatimantrāni rūpyante. tatrādau mahāgaṇātpatimantraḥ. vedādiramāmāyāmāsnathabī[j]ānyābhāṣya[gl?]auṅgaṁ gaṇapalaye varavaradasarvajanaṁ me vaśam ānaya svāhetyaṣṭāviṁśākṣaraḥ. gaṇapate sambudhyaṁ taṁ iti paprapādācāryāḥ. mantradevīprakā[ś?]ikāyām api sambudhyaṁ ta[?] eva bījānyābhāṣya gaṇapate varavaradeti.
- Text ends (f. 13v): evaṁ kurvataḥ sarvaduḥkhāni naśyanti. caturthyaṁ etad vrataṁ. kṛṣṇāyāṁ rātrau. śuklāyāṁ madhyaṁ dino iti saṅka[-]nāśanagaṇapatimantravidhānaṁ.
