Title abbreviation on right margin of recto folios: śrād[dha?].
Written 2-4 lines per leaf on palm leaves.
Palm leaves strung together with a cord through center hole, with wooden covers. Ink fading on some leaves. Fading text written over in black ink on many folios, and in purple ink on some others. Marginal additions.
