Summary:

Compendium of astronomical information and tables compiled from Thomas Streete's Astronomia Carolina and other sources. Includes several tables of solar eclipses visible in Leicestershire to 1999, plus tables of logarithms; includes detailed table of contents [ix-xiii]. Treatise on sundials is written from the back to the front, reversed, in the same hand. Blank pages in the center of the book were used for veterinary recipes, accounts, death and marriage notices (1835-1837), and a history of the manor "Milton" in Milton, Somersetshire.
