- The text is largely the same as that of UPenn Ms. Coll. 390, Item 1380. See also Item 597, Item 2858, etc.
- Scribe's name is Bhāskara Bhaṭṭa.
- Written 8-9 lines per leaf.
- Good condition. Paper somewhat brown. Orange powder rubbed in to highlight sectional headings and some words. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black.
- Begins, f. 1v: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ atha bhūtaśuddhiprāraṁbhaḥ pṛthivyā merupṛṣṭha ṛṣiḥ kūrmo devatā sutalaṁ chaṁdaḥ āsane viniyogaḥ pṛthvī tvayā dhṛtā lokā devi tvaṁ viṣṇunā dhṛtā tvaṁ ca dhāraya māṁ devīṁ pavitraṁ kuru cāsanaṁ
