- Title from colophon. Folio 1r refers to the text as Pratyaṁgirāstotra. This manuscript consists mainly of mantras and a stotra apparently drawn from a larger homonymous text.
- Written 8-13 lines per leaf.
- Fair condition. Each leaf of the manuscript is formed from two leaves fastened together with paper and adhesive. Mistakes crossed through or blotched out with black. Marginal corrections.
