Summary:
Witness the well-preserved body of the "El Plomo" boy. Sacrificed 500 years ago, he was entombed with textiles, jewelry and other classic Inca offerings to the gods. Examine the 500-year-old mummy "Juanita." Then join Johan Reinhard as he searches in the Andean peaks of Southern Peru for further frozen evidence of the Inca ritual known as capa cocha, the sacrifice of young children meant to appease the mountain gods.
