- Penn Libraries copy bound in portions of two folio paper leaves from an incunable edition of Justinian's Institutiones with the glossa ordinaria of Accursius (Venice: Battista Torti, 22 Dec. 1484; ISTC ij00527000), printed in red and black in double columns surrounded by gloss. Left board: leaf c5 (verso visible). Right board: leaf c4 (verso visible). Small portion of an early parchment ms. bifolium used as binder's waste (reinforcement between leaves [a]4 and [a]5).
- Penn Libraries copy has wormhole in head margin of leaves; leaves [a]1 and [a]8 reinforced at inner margin.
