Chancery quarto. Leaf a2v: 32 lines, plus printed marginalia; area of text: 149 x 79 (98) mm. Initial spaces; spaces for paragraph marks. With signatures; without foliation or catchwords. Blank leaves a1 and c8 each has 32 lines of uninked bearer impressions.
Signatures: a-c⁸ (leaves a1 and c8 blanks).
Leaf a1 unsigned; leaves a2-a4 signed a1-a3.
