Chancery quarto. Leaf a2r: 35 lines, plus headline; area of text: 137 (146) x 83 mm. Initial spaces with guide letters; spaces for paragraph marks. Printed marginalia. With signatures and foliation; without catchwords.
Signatures: pi⁸ a-c⁸ d-g⁴/⁸ h⁴ i⁶ k⁴ l⁸ (leaf l8 blank).
