Summary:

On receiving a telegram from his wife, Devendra hastily drives down to the station to receive her. Due to a heavy rains and a landslide he is forced to take shelter in an abandoned palace along with his doctor friend. Inside the palace, Devendra begins to think that he has been there before. He talks of a picture on the wall and the old keeper affirmsthere was one... The doctor ascribes it all to the worried mind of Devendra. But, no...a painting supposedly made by Devendra turns out to be exactly at the place where he had left it. Yes, he had come here before, but not as Devendra but as Anand, a Managar on the Estate - but this was in his previous life.
