A help to a national reformation : An abstract of the penal-laws against prophaneness & vice. A form of the warrants issued out upon offenders against the said laws. A blank register of such warrants. Prudential rules for the giving of informations to the magistrates in these cases. And a specimen of an agreement for the forming of a society for reformation of manners in any city, town, or larger village of the kingdom. To which are added His Majesty's proclamations for preventing and punishing immorality and prophaneness; and the late act of Parliament against prophane cursing and swearing; which are to be read four times a year by all ministers in their respective churches and chappels throughout the kingdom. Printed for the ease of magistrates and ministers, and the direction and encouragement of private persons, who, in any part of the kingdom, are ingaged in the glorious work of reformation, or are religiously disposed to contribute their endeavours for the promoting of it.
