- Copy closely trimmed with slight loss of print; title page stained; MS. annotation on front flyleaf: "An edition of this book said to be the 'original' one, was valued in Lackinton, Allen, and Cos. General catalogue for the years 1808-9--page 644 at £1.4.0. But it could not be an original edition as this was printed 19 years before.--That mentioned in their catalogue being printed in 1681.--and what shall we say of Caxton's and Pynson's editions?".
